First Snow

Woke up this morning to see a nice light coat of snow outside. This will be the first time it’s snowed since I’ve been here at Bragg. I’m gonna go to make snow angels…cuz that’s what Army guys do.

It snowed & iced up in the NW GA mountains… of course, I don’t live in the NW Ga Mountains (darn it, lol) so all we got here in Loganville (East of ATL) is a bunch of RAIN and some sleet. Have fun… don’t get pneumonia (i have it now & it sux! ick!)

We’ve got over 2 feet of snow here in Ohio. I’ve been lurking , reading and enjoying your blog the past couple weeks so thought I should at least say hi.

Okay…this is the 3rd blog I’ve read today that’s flaunting their snow at me. Here in the deeeeeeeeeep south, we don’t really believe in snow. We think it’s just some vast right-wing conspriacy to get us all jealous.

Snow angels, HA! I wouldn’t know a snow angel if she slapped me with her wing.

Thank God someone else besides me is getting snow. It has snowed every week for the past 5 or 6 here in Colorado. It Makes me feel a bit better when someone else gets snow!

Cheryl: Howdy, and welcome!! I always like it when my stalkers reveal themselves to be just harmless people who like to read my banter.

Anthony: Hahah! And I’ll take that comment, cuz I’ve heard how bad it’s been for you guys. That’s one hell of a cold season.

Overall most of us were happy here…well…least all us Yank’s were. We love the snow, and this was just that perfect amount of snowfall. Sadly, it didn’t pile up to 2 inches and the day carried on as if nothing had happened. But…fingers crossed….a second Ice Age shows up tonight and puts the post on hold, cuz I got all my bills squared away today and would like nothing better than to sit in my room and play video games with the heat keepin’ me nice n toasty. Plus that would give me an excuse to rearrange my room like I’ve been telling myself I would.
