Too Many Bosses

Anyone else out there have to deal with some straight up “Office Space” style work environment? Having 5 bosses is a royal pain in the arse and drives me up the wall.

I swear this Arms Room has taken 5 years off the end of my life.

    I just wish I could go to work everyday, and know that Dwight Shrute would be there, so I can learn from his outstanding knowledge.

    I had to comment on this because it made me laugh. We got a notice Friday 5/23 that the Fed Gov’t was releasing 3 hours early for the holiday. Since I’ve been working til 8 or 9 p.m. (10-12 hr days), I commented to my co-workers if this meant I could leave at a normal time like 5 or 6? It got a laugh. I worked til 8 p.m. and was the last person out of the building - - not counting security. I’m totally living “Office Space”.

    I feel yer pain Rangersgirl. In my last unit, our platoon was always last ones out just because our platoon leader wanted us to hang around “just in case”. But then that’s the price we pay for werkin’ for Ole’ Uncle Sam.
